Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist
Born and raised in a small-town in Kansas, I moved to Colorado in 2012 to grow and create a new life. In March of 2020, after working as a dental assistant for 5 years, I was furloughed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This allowed me time to re-evaluate my career path and make the decision to attend Massage Therapy School where I graduated in June of 2021 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Shortly after I opened my own massage practice. As a former dental assistant, I had several years of training with patients suffering from TMJD. This previous knowledge allowed me to specialize in TMJD massage and provide massages for the face and intra oral work of the mouth. In 2023, I discovered MyoCorrect by Vivos was hiring for an Oral Myofunctional Therapist. I am able to combine the knowledge of massage therapy and dental assisting to help patients become the best version of themselves. In my spare time you can find me volunteering with Hog Haven Farm, a mini pig rescue in Colorado, scuba diving, and exploring Colorado with my husband, two corgis and mini pig.
